產(chǎn)品簡介:

   本產(chǎn)品包含一種已知分子量的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)蛋白質(zhì),分子量大小為14.4 kD,可以用來判斷 SDS-PAGE未知蛋白的分子量。14.4KD單條蛋白Marker 以干粉狀態(tài)提供。以每次上樣10 μl(2 μg)計算,本產(chǎn)品可以使用約25000次。

使用說明:

1 配制10 mg/ml 14.4 kD蛋白Marker母液:

稱取10 mg 粉末溶于1 ml超純水中。此溶液-20貯存。

2 按照下表配制Marker溶液

注:由于蛋白上樣緩沖液中DTT含量會隨貯存時間延長而降低,可以選擇補加DTT。

2.1  取配制好的溶液徹底混勻后,95處理5分鐘立即上樣電泳,每次上樣10μl。

2.2  電泳結(jié)束后,染色,觀察結(jié)果。
